Coop de l'Arrière-Pays opens a station in Abitibi
The Coop de l'Arrière-Pays recently announced the opening of a station at the Forêt récréative de Val-d'Or in Abitibi, as part of its drive to promote outdoor culture throughout the region. This pilot project will enable outdoor enthusiasts and tourists passing through the Vallée-de-l'Or MRC to benefit from a wider range of outdoor equipment for hire.

Established in Canada for 12 years, Parramjit Siingh recently acquired the Motel au Bercail in Témiscaming. In addition to the comfort of its 31 rooms, the hotel offers a restaurant service and a pub for its business and tourist clientele, notably snowmobilers in winter.
