A multi-residential construction project has been initiated for the fall of 2022 in Ville-Marie by Shanny Gauthier, the general contractor and real estate developer behind Construction Gauthier. The $5M project will consist of 3 buildings of 8 units each. With the completion of phase 1, the first 8 rental units, with a surface area of 1,000 sq. ft., were made available on May 1st.

A graduate of the Institut de tourisme et d'hôtellerie du Québec, Samuel Parent-Baillargeon, a native of Moffet, opened the doors of La Hutte on March 11. In addition to his quality canteen menu and his specialty poutines and pizzas, the restaurateur offers private events and gourmet dinners.
