Construction of multi-units by Shanny Gauthier
A multi-residential construction project has been initiated for the fall of 2022 in Ville-Marie by Shanny Gauthier, the general contractor and real estate developer behind Construction Gauthier. The $5M project will consist of 3 buildings of 8 units each. With the completion of phase 1, the first 8 rental units, with a surface area of 1,000 sq. ft., were made available on May 1st.
