L’île aux Pousses owner Karine Rannou is on a roll. The Duhamel-Ouest-based grower of a wide variety of microgreens is officially launching a line of ready-to-eat salads. This addition to her offering was born of the success of a project initiated in the summer of 2024. Grown in a sustainable manner, micrograin salads are prepared with certified gluten-free and lactose-free ingredients.
